Hey, I’m Ethan!
Hi! I’m Ethan Tomulonis—a creative thinker, team player, and enthusiastic problem-solver who just so happens to have just finished up a degree in marketing communications, and advertising at Endicott College. I’m the type of person who gets oddly excited about brainstorming sessions and finding just the right words to bring a brand to life.
I’ve always been fascinated by what makes people tick—why they choose one product over another, or how a single ad can make someone laugh, click, or feel seen. My dad was the one who first sparked that interest. He’s the kind of guy who could turn a grocery list into a persuasive pitch, and growing up around that energy made me fall in love with marketing (and mildly suspicious of every sales call).
I’m the go-to friend for last-minute presentations, caption writing, and figuring out how to make an idea actually work. I approach projects with curiosity, a strategic mindset, and just the right amount of perfectionism. Whether I’m collaborating with a team or flying solo, I bring a blend of creativity and organization that keeps things moving and makes the process genuinely fun.
Outside of work, I’m probably enjoying the outdoors, watching whatever sport comes on the TV, or spending time with family and friends.
My Creative Process
My creative process is rooted in both curiosity and strategy. I start by diving deep into understanding the brand, the audience, and the goals at hand—whether it's raising awareness, driving engagement, or increasing conversions. I research market trends, competitor activity, and past campaign data to identify key insights that will inform a clear direction. From there, I brainstorm concepts that are not only creative and visually compelling but also aligned with the brand’s voice and objectives. I map out how each idea could perform across different platforms and ensure every piece of content serves a strategic purpose. I’m a firm believer that the most impactful marketing happens when creativity is backed by data and intentional planning.
